This Privacy Policy explains how AI Headshot Generator (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use aiheadshotgenerator.us and related services.
1. What we collect
- Account data — email, name, and credentials you provide when you register.
- Photos you upload — selfies and images submitted to generate headshots.
- Generation outputs — AI images created from your uploads and styles.
- Usage & payments — credit balance, pack purchases, and order status via Whop.
- Analytics — product events such as page views and CTA clicks.
2. How we use your data
- To create and deliver AI headshots you request.
- To operate accounts, credits, and customer support.
- To improve reliability, quality, and conversion of the product.
- To prevent abuse and secure the Service.
3. Where files are stored
Uploaded photos and generated images are stored on our application server’s local media storage (not a third-party object store in the current setup), associated with your upload session and account where applicable.
4. AI processing
To generate headshots we send necessary image and style inputs to our AI provider (Google Gemini). Provider processing is subject to their terms and privacy practices. We only send what is needed to fulfill your generation request.
5. Payments
Credit purchases are processed by Whop. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment data is handled by Whop under their policies.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal photos. We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (hosting, AI generation, payments, analytics), or when required by law.
7. Retention
We retain account, upload, and output data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
8. Your choices
- Update or delete account information by contacting support.
- Request deletion of uploaded or generated images where feasible.
- Control analytics cookies via your browser settings where applicable.
