Terms of Service

By using AI Headshot Generator at aiheadshotgenerator.us (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide an AI-assisted tool that generates headshot-style images from photos you upload and styles you select. Results are probabilistic; quality can vary. Outputs are for personal and commercial profile use subject to these Terms and applicable law.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

3. Credits & payments

• Generations consume credits based on the selected style.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases via Whop unless we state otherwise.
• Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or if a generation fails due to a confirmed Service error and we elect to restore credits.
• Prices may change; changes do not affect packs already purchased.

4. Your content

• You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a license to store and process them solely to provide the Service.
• You represent you have all rights needed to upload the photos (including of any people depicted).
• Do not upload illegal content, others’ private photos without permission, or material that violates IP or privacy rights.

5. Generated images

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable credits, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use generated headshots for personal branding and ordinary commercial profile uses (e.g. LinkedIn, websites, team pages). You may not claim the Service itself is your product, resell raw API access, or use outputs to train competing models.

6. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attacking the Service.
• No generating deceptive deepfakes intended to harm or defraud.
• No automated bulk abuse beyond normal product use.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AI outputs may contain artifacts or inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR CREDITS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
